Habitat for Humanity of Mid-Ohio
|
On June 28, 2024 Habitat for Humanity MidOhio purchased this house from Linworth United Methodist Church who had used it for a missions ministry in the
Hilltop area for about twelve years. On October 2, 2024 the Hilliard Adopt-A-House board formally approved the sponsorship of this house to make it a
home for a Habitat for Humanity partner family.
The photos below are from Wednesday, October 30, 2024 when we completed all trim painting on the front and rear porches, painted the rear entrance door
(note this door will need some bonding putty work), scrubbed all metal flashing and vinyl ceiling pieces on the rear porch, installed door jam weather
strips on the front door, adjusted the dead bolt on the front door, sanded the front door jam for clearance as it was rubbing badly and examined the windows
that had poor sash clearance.
