This album provides a photo journey of the rehabilitation of the Habitat for Humanity property located at 919 South Harris Avenue. Project history and links to past photos are archived below the photos on this page.
The photos below are from Wednesday, July 23rd, when we picked up trash, filled holes and spread top soil and from Saturday, July 26th when we set landscaping stones, cleaned ceramic tile, sealed grout, put moulding on water line to refrigerator, repaired the rear door frame, cleaned out cabinets and drawers, adjusted and set kitchen countertop side splashes, caulked side splashes, drilled holes for laundry cabinet knobs, cleaned countertop, laid more carpet protector at the home entry, and mowed the grass the last time. As of July 26th, 40 persons volunteered 202 times for a total of 997 hours. The following churches contributed to this effort: Hilliard United Methodist, Indian Run United Methodist, Linworth United Methodist, St. Brendan Catholic, St. James Lutheran, and Scioto Ridge United Methodist. We thank these churches and their volunteers!
