In August the initial backfill was done and Hilliard Adopt-A-House earnestly began construction. Sill plates were secured atop basement walls, the I-beams were put in place, and the main deck was built. While HFH-GC subcontractors poured the basement floor and porches and installed the gas line, the group continued construction at the warehouse, building the first floor walls.
