October began with raising the roof. The home takes its final form! After the trusses were up and the roof sheathed, volunteers from Deloitte Touche joined us for a day to begin shingling the porch roofs and hanging insulation boards. Our group completed the roofing and insulation boards and interior closet work. At the end of the month we began vinyl siding and HFH-GC subcontractors poured the garage foundation.
